1. Service Scope

dploye provides AI agent infrastructure, deployment services, and ongoing maintenance for autonomous enterprise workflows. Our services include operational auditing, agent training, and secure cloud/on-premise deployment.

2. Intellectual Property

dploye retains the rights to our underlying AI agent architecture, neural orchestration engine, and core deployment frameworks. However, all client-specific training data, custom SOP logic, and unique workflow configurations developed during your engagement remain your exclusive property.

3. Operational Security

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their internal data policies allow for the deployment of AI agents. dploye provides the security infrastructure, but the client retains full responsibility for the data inputs provided to their autonomous agents.

4. Service Availability & Uptime

We strive for high-availability enterprise services. For cloud-hosted agent subscriptions, we maintain robust uptime targets. Service interruptions due to external API provider outages (e.g., LLM model providers) are handled via our failover orchestration protocols.
